The man who once sang about being a space invader has been touted to lead a series of concerts as part of an attempt to contact extraterrestrial life forms.
Bowie, along with Paul McCartney, Michael Jackson, Sir Elton John and The Rolling Stones are to headline a series of concerts aimed at establishing peaceful contact with aliens by beaming music into outer space, claims author Michael C. Luckman.
These music festivals are to be callled, 'Signals to Space Concerts' and are planned for Berlin, Tokyo, New York, China, Russia, Mexico and London, in hopes extraterrestrials will respond to the shows. Luckman is the author of 'Alien Rock: The Rock 'n' Roll Extraterrestrial Connection'.
No word on whether Sanjaya from American Idol will be sent to Pluto as part of an alien exchange program.
