The much maligned Blender Magazine has named among it's Top 209 Songs Of 2007;
Arcade Fire- "No Cars Go", "Keep The Car Running"
Bloc Party- "I Still Remember"
The Shins- "Phantom Limb"
Arctic Monkeys- "Brianstorm"
The Bravery- "Time Won't let Me Go"
Interpol- "The Heinrich Maneuver"
Klaxons- "Gravity's Rainbow"
Tegan And Sara- "Back In Your Head"
Kings Of Leon- "On Call"
Modest Mouse- "Little Motel"
Babyshambles- "Delivery"
As much as I might want to argue some of these choices (and no mention of The Cribs, The Cinematics or Shiny Toy Guns), it's nice to see Next Wave music getting some props.
Arcade Fire's Neon Bible album was ranked 2nd best of the year.
